The figures
The rates the calculator applies are the ones in force for the 2026 tax year, transcribed from named primary sources and cited where they are used. If a rule changed recently it may not be reflected here yet, and none of them has been through our final sign-off. The result is an estimate rather than an assessment — for an official amount, the CRA (and Revenu Québec in Quebec) is the binding one.
